The Neighbor's Day web site is designed to bring people together. By providing updated information and a place for people to connect, the Neighbor's Day Initiative Group hopes to facilitate community, trust, and citizenship.
Initially developed in 1999 for the citizens of Ohio, this site (and the Neighbor's Day primary coordinator Mike Corrigan) is now based in Huntington, West Virginia. Although some of the text may be specific to this current locale, our goal is to provide connection "utilities" for people from all locations.
